CONGRATULATION AND BEST WISHES

* To Cornelia "Connie" Koutoujian, a long time volunteer and supporter of the Irish Immigration Center and other charitable causes. Connie was named Waltham’s Woman of the Year by the Women’s Action Alliance of Waltham. Mayor Jeanette McCarthy bestowed her with a proclamation. State Rep. Peter Koutoujian, her son, and State Rep. Thomas Stanley, also recognized her at the event.

* To Michael Rafferty, winner of the 2010 National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) National Heritage Fellowship Award ~ the highest honor the United States bestows upon traditional artists.

*To all who participated in the NY Fleadh and a very special congratulations to those who were awarded medals. See results on Chairman's Page.
